Julie Maes - Practice Manager

 

Julie joined The Colon and Rectal Clinic of Colorado in 2009 and has served as front office staff, Surgery Scheduling Manager, and currently Practice Manager.  Julie's responsibilities include physician schedule coordination and  staff supervision and training. She is also an ambassador and information resource to our patients, hospital administration and referring physician partners.  Julie also provides strategic forward planning to ensure continued development and success of the surgical practice.

 

Julie grew up in Colorado, having attended Heritage High School and the University of Northern Colorado.  She was employed within the retail sales economy for several years, with a repeat history of being promoted from within.  Her retail sales experience provided valuable lessons in customer service, budgeting, scheduling and corporate coordination. 

 

Julie and her husband Steve have two children, and five grandchildren. She enjoyed coaching and managing teams for a decade at Littleton United Soccer and Dry Creek Baseball as well as countless hours volunteering within the Littleton Public School District. Both Julie and Steve come from large families and have perfected the art of feeding and hosting many guests arriving at a moment's notice.
