The Centennial Clinic Location
14100 E Arapahoe Rd
Suite 210
Centennial, CO 80112

Situated within the southern suburbs of metro Denver, our Centennial office also serves our patients traveling from Parker, Lone tree, Castlerock, and Colorado Springs. In addition to serving Eastern and Southeastern Plains of Colorado, including Limon, Hugo, Burlington,  and parts along the Colorado/Kansas and Oklahoma border.

Through our affiliation with The Medical Center of Aurora, and The Centenial medical Plaza, we offer patients the opportunity to receive state-of–the-art medical and colorectal surgical care without having to travel into the congestion of central Denver.

How to Prepare for your Appointment

There is no preparation needed for most appointments. We will notify you if your appointment requires special preparations or instructions. If at the time of your meeting with us a decision is made that future surgery is indicated, these surgical procedures will be performed at a later time or date and are performed at one of our affiliated surgical centers. .

What To Bring

Please bring a valid form of picture ID as well as your insurance card.

You will receive a text/email confirmation from our appointment confirmation system, Phreesia. This will allow you to confirm appointments, and complete the patient registration forms.

Spending time in our waiting room filling in these forms may potentially shorten the time you have available to meet face to face with your doctor.  Even if you arrive early, we need these forms to construct our EMR, which must be done before you can meet with the doctor.

MANY THANKS for your understanding.
